On behalf of everyone at Avanti Gardens, it is a real pleasure to welcome you and your child to our Nursery for 2–3 year olds.
We know how important this decision is. These first steps into education are precious, and as parents you want somewhere you know your child will feel safe, happy and truly cared for. At Avanti Gardens, we create a warm, nurturing environment where every child is known as an individual as we know when children feel secure and loved, they flourish.
Our nursery is shaped by the Avanti Way and the 'Tree of Life', helping us encourage young children grow and thrive.
Strong Roots - Spiritual Insight
We begin by nurturing your child’s inner world. Through stories, music, time in nature and gentle moments of stillness, children begin to develop kindness, gratitude and an awareness of others. Simple yoga and mindfulness activities help them feel calm and balanced. These early experiences build emotional security and a quiet confidence that supports everything else they go on to learn.
A Growing Trunk - Character Formation
As children settle, we focus on building character in natural, age-appropriate ways. In the everyday rhythm of play, sharing and exploring together, children learn respect, empathy, self-control and courage. They practise taking turns, expressing their feelings and forming friendships. With caring guidance from our Early Years practitioners, they grow in independence and self-belief.
A Flourishing Crown - Educational Excellence
Alongside this strong foundation, we gently introduce the building blocks of learning. Our play-based Early Years curriculum supports communication and language, early phonics awareness, number confidence, physical development and creativity. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, enriched by our holistic approach, so that learning is joyful, purposeful and filled with curiosity.

Children who start their journey in our Nursery quickly grow in confidence within a familiar and caring setting. When it is time to move into Reception, the transition feels natural and reassuring.

If you are entitled to government funding, you can access 15 or 30 hours of free childcare. Childcare vouchers for 15 hours can be spread out across the week, e.g. all morning or all afternoons, or can be taken as full days.
Fees for any additional hours and lunch charges will be confirmed at a later date.
Lunch & Snacks
Morning or afternoon snack is included in the price of the session. Children who attend Nursery for full days will be required to pay for school lunches at the time of booking.
All of our snacks and lunches are vegetarian or vegan and in line with our ethos. We are a nut and sesame free school, and we cater to a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. More information on school meals can be found here.
We will not be able to accommodate packed lunches for Nursery.
Fees and Funded Hours
Morning Session £18.00 per day
Afternoon Session £18.00 per day
Full day £36.00 + £5.00 lunch = £41.00 per day
If you are entitled to government funding, you can access 15 or 30 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks a year. As Avanti Gardens primary school term is 37 weeks, you can either use an additional, 38th week, of Nursery during October half term, or use the hours during term time in addition to the regular entitlement (for 15-hour entitlement only).
Childcare vouchers for 15 hours can be spread out across the week, e.g. all morning or all afternoons, or can be taken as full days.
